- Restaurants along Đường 3/2: The entire 3/2 Street in the new urban area is lined with seafood restaurants offering fresh catches of the day with beautiful seaside views in the evening. Just pick one that looks busy!

Sightseeing & Attractions: What to Visit
- Nguyễn Trung Trực Temple: A beautiful and revered temple dedicated to a national hero who fought against the French. It’s an important cultural and historical site in the heart of the city.
- Khu Đô Thị Lấn Biển (The Sea Reclamation Urban Area): This is the modern face of Rach Gia. It’s the best place for an evening stroll, dining, and enjoying the sunset over the West Sea. Many of the recommended hotels and cafes are here.
- Day Trip to Phú Quốc or Nam Du Island: If you have an extra day or two after the conference, Rach Gia is the main departure point for high-speed ferries to these stunning islands. Tickets can be booked online (e.g., Phu Quoc Express, Superdong) or at the pier.
