Registration fees
A 50% discount on the second paper is available for participants registering two accepted papers, provided both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee.
All fees will be collected in USD.
Accepted Authors
Who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with the Registration.Â
Important notes:
- Student registration does not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is free.

Onsite Package – Purchasing this package contains:
– Participation in all technical sessions of the conference program;
– Accepted, registered and presented posters and demos will be submitted for publication by Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library. Posters and Demos will be published as a part of the EAI GOODTECHS 2026 Conference Proceedings in a non-indexed Annex section.
– Presentation and discussion of the accepted poster at theÂ
